New Features and Technology
Alongside the expanded coverage, DraftKings has introduced several new live betting features including a "Live Pulse" dashboard that highlights trending markets, a cash-out improvement that allows partial cash-outs, and enhanced live statistics powered by real-time data feeds.
The company has invested heavily in its technology infrastructure, building a proprietary odds engine that can process and update odds across thousands of simultaneous live markets with minimal latency.
Market Availability
The expanded live betting product is available in all jurisdictions where DraftKings operates its sportsbook. The company has noted that live betting now accounts for over 60% of its total sports wagering handle, up from 45% just one year ago.
